Charles Wills

WILLS, CHARLES (BUDDY). Born December 21, 1943 in Topeka, Kansas. Passed away February 4, 2003 following his long battle with cancer. He is survived by loving wife, Waynette J. Wills of Dallas; two sons, Michael Ray Wills and Timothy Wayne Wills; three grandchildren, Jessica (15), Michael (13), Matthew (5). Also survived by his mother, Elsie Hollobaugh of McKinney, TX; sisters, Elaine Logston of Royce City, TX, Mary Logston of Allen, TX, Nancy Wilson of Raymore, MO, Betty Rhyne of Gann, OK, Charlotte Sexton of Bascon, KS; brother, Bill Wills of Kansas City North; and a multitude of nieces, nephews; great nieces and great nephews. He enlisted in the Army at the age of seventeen and served four years. He joined the Reserves in 1982 and served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Member of the 279 Maintenance Co. NW Hwy. His life was full of family and friends, he never met a person he did not like. Buddy will be greatly missed by all, he made an impact on, everyone he met. He worked for the Unistrut of Texas for over twenty-five years, drove an eighteen wheeler and his last position was carpenter for UTSW. Services will be 3:30 P.M. Friday February 7, 2003 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday February 6, 2003 at Restland Funeral Home.
